How to Assemble Rear Cable Entry on the Cat6A Multi-Entry RJ45 Keystone Jack?

For rear cable entry, simply insert the wires directly into the IDC cap of the Cat6A shielded keystone jack, following the T568A or T568B wiring diagram. Seat each wire firmly into the IDC slots, then use a pressing tool to complete the termination quickly and accurately. Finally, close the foolproof IDC cap to secure the connection.

How to Assemble Left and Right Cable Entry for the Cat6A Multi-Entry RJ45 Keystone Jack?

For left or right cable entry, the technician should bend down the corresponding pre-cut side tab of the multi-entry toolless RJ45 jack. Next, route the grounding wire through the IDC cap to ensure full electrical contact with the rear grounding tab of the RJ45 field termination jack. Then, follow the T568A or T568B wiring diagram to insert the wires into the IDC slots. Use the hand tool to quickly complete the termination, and finally, close the IDC cap to finish the installation with ease.

The network RJ45 Keystone Jack will pass strict tests like an aging test, thermal shock test, and insertion test to guarantee product quality. First, Our keystone jacks can reach 750 times plug in and out in insertion test. Second, the keystone jack passes the instantaneous short-circuit test under 300 grams of strength in vertical 45 degrees in 5 swings without disconnection. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours. As you can see in the picture, inspect the contact area of the blade or surface of G/Wire at 18x magnification, no more than 4 blue or green sport in per cm².
