The Cat6A RJ45 Keystone Jack features a foolproof IDC cap with color-coded indicators and unique notches on both sides to prevent misplacement and ensure correct orientation. Combined with a force-balance design, the cap distributes pressure evenly during installation, reducing the risk of wiring errors and improving long-term connection stability. This thoughtful design not only enhances installation efficiency but also helps maintain reliable network performance over time.

Enhanced IDC Housing Design

This Cat6A keystone jack features an insulated IDC wall that isolates exposed wires from the shielded housing, effectively blocking current leakage and preventing short circuits. It improves Hi-Pot insulation, providing enhanced protection that boosts electrical safety, minimizes fire hazards, and helps prevent potential damage to connected devices.

Adjustable Cable Holder Secures Power and Stability for 4PPoE

In high-power PoE++ (4PPoE) setups, loose or shifting cables can lead to unstable IDC connections, power drops, or even overheating and short circuits. The up-down adjustable cable holder secures cables between 5.0mm and 8.5mm, reducing movement and strain on termination points. This ensures steady electrical contact, minimizing disconnections and heat buildup. For 90–100W PoE applications, such as IP cameras or access points, this added support protects long-term reliability and prevents performance loss caused by poor cable stability.

How To Assemble The Linear STP Toolless RJ45 Keystone Jack?

Begin by using a cable stripper to remove 3 cm of the outer jacket from the Ethernet cable. Next, insert the wires into the cap, arranging them according to the T568A or T568B wiring diagram provided with the shielded 180 degree RJ45 jack. Third, use diagonal cutters to trim any excess wire. Following the foolproof design cues, securely place the cap back onto the keystone jack. Finally, use a pressing tool to firmly press the linear STP toolless RJ45 keystone jack to complete the assembly. The network RJ45 Keystone Jack will pass strict tests like an aging test, thermal shock test, and insertion test to guarantee product quality. First, Our keystone jacks can reach 750 times plug in and out in insertion test. Second, the keystone jack passes the instantaneous short-circuit test under 300 grams of strength in vertical 45 degrees in 5 swings without disconnection. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours. As you can see in the picture, inspect the contact area of the blade or surface of G/Wire at 18x magnification, no more than 4 blue or green sport in per cm².
