ESG Learning and Practices

This past year, our factory engaged in several ESG learning and practice activities, including:

• July 10, 2023: ISO14067 and ISO50001 Energy Management System Training.
• August 21, 2023: Comprehensive Knowledge of National Carbon Market and Carbon Trading, and Carbon Neutral Technologies for Carbon Sequestration and Utilization Seminar.
• November 6, 2023: ESG Brand Innovation, Sustainability Reports, and Insulation Practices for Injection Molding Machines.

These initiatives demonstrate CRXCONEC's commitment to ESG principles, laying a solid foundation for our sustainable development. Our factory consistently adopts the latest techniques for improvements.

Major Breakthroughs in Sustainable Development

CRXCONEC's factory has achieved significant breakthroughs in sustainable development, including:

• Cooling Tower Energy Efficiency: By using variable frequency motors and timed electric valves, we cut daily assembly production line electricity consumption by 61.6%, from 190 kWh to 73 kWh. In the molding workshop, we achieved a 41.3% reduction, from 150 kWh to 88 kWh.
• New Medicinal Water Insulation Tank: By reworking the electroplating production line, using double-layer tanks with insulation materials, and improving sealing, we reduced the 12-hour cooling drop from 40 degrees to 13 degrees, cutting daily production electricity usage by about 25%.
• Low-Carbon Product Development: Successfully developed products with 35% reduced carbon emissions and promoted their sales. In 2023, we plan to continue developing products with 41% and 50% reduced carbon emissions.
• Factory Lighting Improvement: Replaced all factory lighting with LED lights and used high bay lights as required, reducing electricity usage by 34.1%. For outdoor lighting, we introduced 18 solar street lights, saving 486 kWh per month, with an expected payback period of 21 months for the solar equipment.
