Cat.6 UTP RJ45 Connector With Insert is staggered design for 4 up 4 down wiring hole, and the staggered insert helps wiring more convenient and easier. Suitable for unshielded solid and stranded wire 24~ 26 AWG. Plug housing is made of UL 94V-0 or 94V-2 for option. The Phosphor Bronze contacts are coated with 100 micro-inch of nickel and 50 micro-inch of gold, and present excellent tensile strength and anti-oxidation to ensure your data transmission and would keep it up after years of use.

The insert is designed with 4 up 4 down. It greatly helps you assemble the RJ45 connector more efficiently. The wire hole is 1.1mm available for 0.96 to 1.02mm solid and stranded cable.
UTP RJ45 Plug Latch Bending Over 20 Times
The RJ45 connector's latch can be bent horizontally 180 degrees angled without breaking. We test the UTP RJ45 plug's latch bending over 20 times. It is made of durable high polycarbonate, UL 94V-0 or UL 94V-2. Hence, you don't have to worry about tangled problems much while assembling the RJ45 connector.

How to assemble the UTP RJ45 connector With An Insert?
First, use a cable stripper to cut a 3 cm larger cable's outer jacket and remove it. Arrange the 4 pair-wire following the wiring map 568A or 568B. Next, cut the wire segment obliquely and put it into the UTP RJ45 Connector with an insert. Finally. using the RJ45 crimper to complete. RJ45 Connector Assembly Handy Tool Suggestion
For easy assembly, we suggest you to use with two handy tool to do 8-Pin RJ45 Connectors installation. One is Cable Stripper to strip and cut the wire, and another one is RJ45 Crimping Tool to crimp the contact blades. The RJ45 crimper is suitable for pass-throughand non pass-through RJ45 connector.
Why It Is Important To Identify The Insulation Size In RJ45 Connector?
It may cause the disconnection if choosing the improper RJ45 connector when it can’t hold the wire insulation properly, and you can judge whether the contact blades are correctly contacted the conductor from the front of the connector after installation.
