Category 6 Shielded RJ45 Connector For 250MHz Frequency Ethernet
Cat.6 STP Ethernet RJ45 Connector is a one-piece design for category 6 network cable assembly. It can be used for 0.96 ~ 1.02mm wires. We have a special wire guide for twisted pairs of wires, and the wire position is 4 up and 4 down is user-friendly design.
We use an automatic optic inspection system for each plug insertion machine to guarantee our production reliability. Furthermore, CRXCONEC can provide different gold plating thicknesses, from flush micron to 50-micron gold plating. For contact blades 50µ" thickness can pass the salt spray test for 48 hours. We supply many professional data center companies and wire assembly plants which can increase the production yield and benefit on high performance.

STP RJ45 Plug Latch Bending Over 20 Times
The RJ45 connector's latch can be bent horizontally 180 degrees angled without breaking. We test the STP RJ45 Modular Plug's latch bending over 20 times. It is made of durable high polycarbonate, UL 94V-0 or UL 94V-2. Hence, you don't have to worry about tangled problems much while assembling the RJ45 connector.
RJ45 Connector 3 Prong Contact Blades
The 3 prong blade with a hole design provide better performance on assembling the RJ45 connector which make the contact resistance lower. Another feature of our 3-prong contact blade is that it is suitable for both stranded and solid Ethernet cables which help you to reduce the stock greatly. We can also offer different gold plating thicknesses on various plugs, including flush U'' to 50 micro inches.

For easy assembly, we suggest you to use with two handy tool to do 8-Pin RJ45 Connectors installation. One is Cable Stripper to strip and cut the wire, and another one is RJ45 Crimping Tool to crimp the contact blades. The RJ45 crimper is suitable for pass-throughand non pass-through RJ45 connector.
