Easy Pass Through Category 6 Unshielded RJ45 Connector
Easy Pass Through Series RJ45 Connector is specific for field installation, no need to take much time on wiring your cable connected to your module. Cat.6 UTP Easy Pass Through RJ45 Plug can be used for 0.96 ~1.02 MM insulation and is suitable for 24~26 AWG solid and stranded wire. Meet the FCC standard and IEC 60603-7 test requirements.
We use an automatic optic inspection system for easy plug insertion to make sure the goods quality. Compared with the traditional (closed-end) RJ45 plug, Easy Pass Through 8-Pin Connector has better performance tested by the DSX-8000 Fluke. How to assembly the UTP Easy RJ45 Connector?
First, use a cable stripper to cut a 3 cm larger cable's outer jacket and remove it. Arrange the 4 pair-wire following the wiring map 568A or 568B. For easy assembly, we suggest you to use with two handy tool to do 8-Pin RJ45 Connectors installation. One is Cable Stripper to strip and cut the wire, and another one is RJ45 Crimping Tool to crimp the contact blades. The RJ45 crimper is suitable for pass-throughand non pass-through RJ45 connector.
