Clamper Style Keystone Jack Cat6A

This enhanced Cat6A keystone jack is an innovative version of our toolless keystone jack. The clamper clip of the keystone jack is an interesting and smart design, only need to squeeze the side of the clamper clip then it greatly help you fix the cable tightly instead of using cable tie. The housing wall improves the Hi-pot insulation performance and also the pre-lock IDC cap make installation more efficient. The Clamper toolless keystone jack Cat6A can support 23AWG to 26AWG Ethernet cables and PoH applications.

High-Grade Material PCB Keystone Jack

The PCB board of the RJ45 keystone jack is made of UL-94V0 plastic. The 8-pin copper wires of the PCB keystone jack are produced with 50 microns gold plated ensuring the stable network connection.

How to assemble the Clamper Toolless Keystone Jack?

First, use a cable stripper to cut a 3 cm larger cable's outer jacket and remove it. Next, arrange the paired wire following the keystone jack wiring diagram T568A or T568B. Third, use the diagonal cutter to trim the extra wire. Finally. use the pressing tool the buckle shielded toolless keystone jack up and use the cable clamper to fix the ethernet cable and complete the assembly. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours. As you can see in the picture, inspect the contact area of the blade or surface of G/Wire at 18x magnification, no more than 4 blue or green sport in per cm².
