The automatic keystone jack production lines assemble the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), Insulation Displacement Connector (IDC), IDC housing, wire diagram label, and keystone jack body. The network RJ45 Keystone Jack will pass strict tests like an aging test, thermal shock test, and insertion test to guarantee product quality. First, Our keystone jacks can reach 750 times plug in and out in insertion test. Second, the keystone jack passes the instantaneous short-circuit test under 300 grams of strength in vertical 45 degrees in 5 swings without disconnection. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours. As you can see in the picture, inspect the contact area of the blade or surface of G/Wire at 18x magnification, no more than 4 blue or green sport in per cm².
