SM SC APC Fiber Quick and Fast Connector
SC APC Optical Pre-embedded Fast Connector widely used in FTTH, CATV networking, especially for the last mile extension. It offers convenience in field assembly with steady stability. For slim 0.9mm fiber cable SC APC fast connector, there is an additional boot to fix the cable seamlessly.
The pressing clip structure adopts the pressing welding methods to make the optical link. The inner V groove alignment method and up-down opening wiring makes the fiber assembly faster. For field assembly installer, the fast connector is small and easy to carry and also can be reused over 5 times.

Assembly
First, put the screw boot through fiber cable and use the fiber stripping 3-in-1 pliers tool to remove outer jacket. Second, check the stripping scale of fiber coating. Third, use the cleaning paper with sanitizer to clean the bare fiber. Fourth, place the cable into the cable clamp and use optical cleaver to cut off the extra bare fiber following the stripping scale. Fifth, insert bare fiber into the fast connector body and use the fiber checker to ensure its function. Sixth, fasten the pressing welding clip. Seventh, fasten the outer boot. Eighth, complete the fast connector assembly.
