Step-by-Step Guide to Assembling a UTP 180° Punch Down Keystone Jack
To begin, use a cable stripper to remove about 3 cm of the outer jacket, then arrange the twisted pairs following the T568A or T568B wiring scheme. Terminate the wires into the 180-degree slim-type punch down jack using the hand tool(PN.CC-15-000148). Finally, snap on the cap to complete the assembly—quick, clean, and reliable. This UTP keystone jack is perfect for professional use, featuring a space-saving design and fast, secure termination.

First, Our keystone jacks can reach 750 times plug in and out in insertion test. Second, the keystone jack passes the instantaneous short-circuit test under 300 grams of strength in vertical 45 degrees in 5 swings without disconnection. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours. As you can see in the picture, inspect the contact area of the blade or surface of G/Wire at 18x magnification, no more than 4 blue or green sport in per cm².
