Slim Cat6A Punch Down Jack
This category 6A unshielded 90 degree keystone jack is suitable for 23AWG to 26AWG stranded or solid Ethernet cables. The punch down direction is vertical to the RJ45 port (90 degree). Widely used this 90-degree punch down jack in faceplates or mounted boxes.
Eco-friendly Press-Fit Tech Of Keystone Jack
We manufacture the RJ45 keystone jacks with the press-fit technique, which is a solder-free and automation-friendly approach. In a press-fit joint, the male blade has flexible beams while the PCB remains rigid. The press-fit joint, blade, and PCB hole all employ a pressure connection. It is designed with lower level forces to ensure the connection stays intact during use. Without metal filler, there is no risk of voids or other flaws, thus helping to eliminate unnecessary heating of assemblies while avoiding the risk of damage to components of the RJ45 keystone jack.

There are lots of colors for choices to make your own unshielded slim type punch down keystone jack. You can color two parts of the keystone jack, one is near the front port part and another is the rear side with the IDC module. How to assemble Slim 90 Keystone Jack?
First, use a cable stripper to cut a 3 cm larger cable's outer jacket and remove it. Next, arrange the paired wire following the keystone jack wiring diagram T568A or T568B. Third, use the handy tool to terminate the slim type 90 degree keystone jack. Finally, put the cap on complete the assembly. The network RJ45 Keystone Jack will pass strict tests like an aging test, thermal shock test, and insertion test to guarantee product quality. First, Our keystone jacks can reach 750 times plug in and out in insertion test. Second, the keystone jack passes the instantaneous short-circuit test under 300 grams of strength in vertical 45 degrees in 5 swings without disconnection. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours. As you can see in the picture, inspect the contact area of the blade or surface of G/Wire at 18x magnification, no more than 4 blue or green sport in per cm².
