The special wire hole 4 up 4 down is user-friendly design for easy assembly. It greatly reduces the crosstalk between twisted pairs of Ethernet cable and ensure solid connection.
We use automatic optic inspection system for each plug insertion machines to guarantee our production reliability. Furthermore, we can provide different gold plating thickness, from flush micron to 50 micron gold plating. For contact blades 50µ" thickness can pass salt spray test for 48 hours. 1.2 MM Wire Hole Of The Cat6A RJ45 Plug
The feed through RJ45 connector is designed with 4 up 4 down wire hole. It greatly helps you assemble the RJ45 connector more efficiently. The wire hole is 1.2mm available for 1.05 to 1.15mm solid cable, Cat6A, Cat7 and Cat7A Ethernet Cables.
STP RJ45 Plug Latch Bending
The RJ45 connector's latch can be bent horizontally 180 degrees angled without breaking. We test the STP RJ45 Modular Plug's latch bending over 20 times. It is made of durable high polycarbonate, UL 94V-0 or UL 94V-2. Hence, you don't have to worry about tangled problems much while assembling the RJ45 connector.

How to assemble the Easy STP RJ45 connector For Larger Cable?
First, use a cable stripper to cut a 3 cm larger cable's outer jacket and remove it. Arrange the 4 pair-wire following the wiring map 568A or 568B. Next, cut the wire segment obliquely and put it into the Easy STP RJ45 Connector. Finally. using the RJ45 crimper to complete. RJ45 Connector Assembly 3-in-1 Handy Tool Suggestion
For easy assembly, we suggest you to use with two handy tool to do 8-Pin RJ45 Connectors installation. One is Cable Stripper to strip and cut the wire, and another one is Multi-functional RJ45 Plug Crimping Tool to crimp the contact blades. The RJ45 crimper is suitable for pass-through, non pass-through RJ45 connector and tailed clip connector.
