STP RJ45 Plug Latch Bending Over 20 Times
The RJ45 connector's latch can be bent horizontally 180 degrees angled without breaking. We test the STP RJ45 Modular Plug's latch bending over 20 times. For easy assembly, we suggest you to use with two handy tool to do 8-Pin RJ45 Connectors installation. One is Cable Stripper to strip and cut the wire, and another one is RJ45 Crimping Tool to crimp the contact blades. The RJ45 crimper is suitable for pass-throughand non pass-through RJ45 connector.

The RJ45 connectors are produced at a rate of 4.5 million per month. CRXCONEC factories are able to produce 8p8c modular plugs with a production line that automates the process from start to finish.
RJ45 Connector Manufacturing Process
The automatic RJ45 Modular Plugs production line assembly the housing (UL 94V-0 or UL 94V-2.), insert, and the RJ45 8p8c Connector body. The production process will be monitored by optical inspection and quality control inspectors. The customized label and packing are the final stage of production after all examination and testing.
RJ45 Connector Testing
The network RJ45 Keystone Jack will pass strict tests like an aging test, thermal shock test, and insertion test to guarantee product quality. First, Our keystone jacks can reach 750 times plug in and out in insertion test. Second, the keystone jack passes the instantaneous short-circuit test under 300 grams of strength in vertical 45 degrees in 5 swings without disconnection. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours. As you can see in the picture, inspect the contact area of the blade or surface of G/Wire at 18x magnification, no more than 4 blue or green sport in per cm².
