Industrial Cable Production Capacity
The Industrial Cables are produced at a rate of 3,000KM per month. CRXCONEC factories are able to produce indusrtial cables with a production line that automates the process from start to finish.
Industrial Cable Manufacturing Process
The first step in manufacturing industrial ethernet cable is from wiring drawing which is to reduce wire's diameter and increase the length. Next, applying insulation that requires the wire to be passed through an extruder where the coating of plastic is applied. Thirdly, wire twisting and stranding is to make the insulated wires twist into wire pairs and each pair has a unique twist length to avoid crosstalk and interference. Finally, jacketing process is performed to produce the finished cable, such as gel-filling, armoring, jacketing and printing.
