The 2-Pair 22AWG Profinet A Industrial Cable is consisted of 1 bare copper conductor with HDPE (High-density polyethylene) insulation and covered by tinned braiding overall screen to have protection against high-frequency external interference. The outer sheath material is high-quality PVC with outstanding oil resistance, fire retardancy and flexibility. It is used for data transmission with characteristic impedance of 100ohm and applied in fixed installation.

Industrial Cable Manufacturing Process
The first step in manufacturing industrial ethernet cable is from wiring drawing which is to reduce wire's diameter and increase the length. Next, applying insulation that requires the wire to be passed through an extruder where the coating of plastic is applied. Thirdly, wire twisting and stranding is to make the insulated wires twist into wire pairs and each pair has a unique twist length to avoid crosstalk and interference. Finally, jacketing process is performed to produce the finished cable, such as gel-filling, armoring, jacketing and printing.
