The Profinet C Industrial Cable is designed for the wiring of machinery, devices, and control cabinets, especially widely used in high flexing and moving applications. It has a small bending radius of 4 x OD (fixed) and 8 x OD (occasionally flexing). It consists of a tinned 19-stranded wire with PE insulation. The outer sheath PVC material is largely resistant to oils and greases.

Industrial Cable Manufacturing Process
The first step in manufacturing industrial ethernet cable is from wiring drawing which is to reduce wire's diameter and increase the length. Next, applying insulation that requires the wire to be passed through an extruder where the coating of plastic is applied. Thirdly, wire twisting and stranding is to make the insulated wires twist into wire pairs and each pair has a unique twist length to avoid crosstalk and interference. Finally, jacketing process is performed to produce the finished cable, such as gel-filling, armoring, jacketing and printing.
