High Flexible Shielded Ethernet Cables For Use In Drag Chain
This drag chain Ethernet cable with a double-screened shield optimizes protection against high-frequency external interference to ensure transmission performance. The outer jacket is made of halogen-free PUR material. It has a small bending radius of 4 x OD (fixed) and 8 x OD (occasionally flexing). The cable featured in performance on oil resistance according to EN 50290-2-22, flame retardancy following to VW-1, and sunlight resistance reaching 300 h (UL1581).

Industrial Cable Manufacturing Process
The first step in manufacturing industrial ethernet cable is from wiring drawing which is to reduce wire's diameter and increase the length. Next, applying insulation that requires the wire to be passed through an extruder where the coating of plastic is applied. Thirdly, wire twisting and stranding is to make the insulated wires twist into wire pairs and each pair has a unique twist length to avoid crosstalk and interference. Finally, jacketing process is performed to produce the finished cable, such as gel-filling, armoring, jacketing and printing.
