Double Screened Profinet C Cat5E Cable For Highly Flexible Applications
This Profinet C Industrial Cable is consisted of tinned 19-wire braided conductor with PE insulation as star quad structure. The inner jacket is LSZH (Low smoke zero halogen) material following IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2. The outer sheath material is PUR with outstanding oil resistance, fire retardancy and flexibility. The Profinet Type C Industrial Cable is widely used in highly flexible applications such as torsion devices, automation robots and systems.

Industrial Cable Production Capacity

Industrial Cable Manufacturing Process
The first step in manufacturing industrial ethernet cable is from wiring drawing which is to reduce wire's diameter and increase the length. Next, applying insulation that requires the wire to be passed through an extruder where the coating of plastic is applied. Thirdly, wire twisting and stranding is to make the insulated wires twist into wire pairs and each pair has a unique twist length to avoid crosstalk and interference. Finally, jacketing process is performed to produce the finished cable, such as gel-filling, armoring, jacketing and printing.
