The network RJ45 Keystone Jack will pass strict tests like an aging test, thermal shock test, and insertion test to guarantee product quality. First, Our keystone jacks can reach 750 times plug in and out in insertion test. Second, the keystone jack passes the instantaneous short-circuit test under 300 grams of strength in vertical 45 degrees in 5 swings without disconnection. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours. As you can see in the picture, inspect the contact area of the blade or surface of G/Wire at 18x magnification, no more than 4 blue or green sport in per cm².
How to make the patch cord pass the quality assurance tests?
What can emphasize the durability of our products more than actual product verification? We will run the gold plating thickness test by X-Ray machine to guarantee the durability. The patch cords can pass rigorous insertion tests up to 1200 times, and we use a microscope to magnify the surface of the gold blades, and the plug bending test and aging test to meet customers’ requirements.

In mass production, we run the patch cord test on patch cable to make sure they meet the ISO patch cord standard on Cat.6a, we can also provide the test report in PDF file to make sure each patch cord is properly tested in the factory.
