What it takes to make a good patch cord?
In the structured wiring environment, the channel link will contain patch panel, the keystone jack mounted on wall plates or near the desk, and two patch cords. One patch cord is from switch to panel, another is connecting RJ45 outlet to devices. A jumper, even if it looks inconspicuous, it can bring users reliable transmission performance. So what it takes to make a good patch cord?
The RJ45 plug matters
The composition of a patch lead is divided into copper wire and RJ45 plug. The crystal RJ45 of our jumper is made of PC materials imported from Japan, which is soft but tough. The number of bending of the crystal head latch can reach more than 20 times, and the plugging can also reach more than 750 times. We tested the height of the contact blade in accordance with FCC specifications after it’s finished, so that the height will not be too high and cause excessive wear and injury of the keystone jack pin due to plugging and unplugging, or affecting the electrical characteristics of insufficient height.
The assembly matters
In order to make assembly more efficient and improve product quality in the production line.
